DAMAGE POLICY – SECURITY DEPOSIT
1. A valid credit card number may be required as a guarantee, depending on
our Company’s discretion.
2. The amount of the security deposit is defined by our Company and it is
indicated in the Final Booking Form. Most often this amounts to 300 euros.
The agreed security deposit must be paid upon arrival of the guests. It
should be understood by all guests that, in the case of any substantial
damage or item removal from the property, our Company can make a claim for
compensation up to 7 days after departure and any such claim will be
subtracted without further negotiation from this deposit.
3. The security deposit is returned within 7 days of the guests’ departure
via bank transfer, the expenses of which fall upon our Company.
